We currently ship to destinations within the United States and Canada 🇺🇸🇨🇦. Orders are processed and dispatched on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays 📅). Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume ⏳.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination address, package weight, and selected shipping method ⚖️. All applicable shipping charges will be displayed prior to order confirmation 💻.
Once an order has been dispatched, a shipment confirmation and tracking information will be provided to the email address associated with the order 📧. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch 🔍.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures 🛃, carrier disruptions, severe weather conditions 🌪️, or other circumstances beyond our control. For shipments to Canada, the recipient may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by Canadian customs authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient 💰.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of order 📮, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipment costs incurred.
